Situated in Gomti Nagar, the hotel will be in proximity to major landmarks like the Phoenix Palassio Mall, IIT Lucknow, ISKCON, and Medanta Hospital. This makes it appealing for both leisure and business travelers.

Arjun Baljee, President of Royal Orchid Hotels, emphasized the strategic importance of the region. He noted, “Uttar Pradesh has been leading in domestic tourism for three consecutive years, making it a key market for us.” Baljee added that Gomti Nagar in Lucknow provides a prime location that will offer a unique upscale experience. “Our goal is to offer a seamless blend of business and leisure for both domestic and international guests, ” he stated.

The upcoming property will operate under a flexible lease model and feature 190 stylishly designed rooms. Guests will enjoy numerous amenities, such as multiple dining options, wellness and beauty services, a swimming pool, and family-friendly game zones.

For events, the hotel will offer a variety of indoor and outdoor venues suitable for large gatherings. These spaces will be designed to host anything from corporate meetings and conferences to weddings.

The project is a partnership with REPL. Pradeep Misra, Chairman and Managing Director of REPL, expressed excitement about the collaboration. “Working with Royal Orchid Hotels to develop IM Imperial Avenue is a significant milestone for us, ” Misra said. He highlighted that Lucknow is quickly evolving into an urban hub and that the property will deliver a world-class experience by combining REPL’s design and construction expertise with ROHL’s hospitality skills.

Uttar Pradesh is solidifying its status as a premier destination for both domestic and international tourists. Major events like the Maha Kumbh 2025 in Prayagraj are expected to draw millions, further boosting the state's hospitality industry.
